I’m so so happy with how much progress I’ve made so far… I have the tools to keep making progress and I can honestly only see it getting better! There are no day to day tasks that I can see causing me any trouble anymore… I’m super happy and I can only see positivity in the future!
— TP, student, anxiety
I didn’t believe I would ever be comfortable with myself, until one day I just realised I was doing it... just being me and not thinking about what other people were seeing.
— B, Manager, confidence
I really can’t thank you enough Andrea. I’ve had a lot of counselling in my past, but have never felt such change in mind, body and soul as I have after the past 6 weeks. So thank you!

I’d love to chat with you about
how I can help.

I don’t know how most people feel after hypnotherapy or how you’re supposed to feel, but I felt like a different person. Since I saw you I have made several life changing decisions that a few months ago would have felt impossible or frightening beyond belief…Most importantly; you opened my eyes to the fact that I’m not scared of fish or water. A week after our session I went to the Brighton aquarium on my own and I had a wonderful time. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced a feeling like it; enjoying looking at something that you were previously terrified at the very thought of. The whole thing was joyful and emotional and I am so grateful to you for your help.
— KR, arts teacher, extreme phobia of fish
I DID IT! And I massively want to thank you for your help in that. I was nervous - and as we discussed, that is obviously perfectly normal - but I felt it was so much more manageable and I was able to deal with it. The work we have been doing has massively helped my feelings around interview situations, and in general my ability to process thoughts and feel clearer.
— HK, arts programmer, interview anxiety
I have to say I’ve felt SO much better since I last saw you. Something has really lifted which has felt a huge relief as where I was felt awful. I feel calmer, more grounded and more able to move forward. I have no doubt that things will crop up every now and then but I’m enjoying feeling more me and in the flow.
Thanks so much for your support with it all and I’m sure I’ll be in touch again in the future when I feel it could help again.
